Bespoke real estate system costs

The bespoke real estate system incurs an initial one off development fee (dependant on the complexities of the customisation required) and an ongoing annual license that is paid up front. The annual license fee includes hosting of your site and up to five email accounts (50MB max allowance each). Support is provided through email. A premium telephone support system is available on a per incident fee. All updates to the real estate system are included within the cost of your annual license and are automatically applied to the system when released.

Off The Press

All 24hr real estate sites come with Off The Press pre-installed. There are no monthly/yearly fees for Off The Press. It is billed as and when you use it. Pricing is £5 per campaigns plus 1 pence per recipient. For example if you were sending out a monthly newsletter to 500 potential clients you would be charged the £5 campaign fee plus £5 for the 500 recipients, totaling £10.

myCRMmanager

myCRMmanger is an optional module and priced on a per user / per month basis, with discounts for more than five users.

• Up to five users £25 per user / per month
• Five users or more, £20 per user / per month

All prices exclude VAT @ 17.5% if applicable.
